Overview

The mission of the Management Accounting Sponsorship Program is to promote Management Accounting in academics and therefore, also to support the Department of Management Accounting. The Management Accounting Sponsorship Program accomplishes this by e.g. empowering its members to

  • actively participate in top-class national and international conferences and symposia and
  • conduct research projects and workshops in the field of management accounting.

At the same time, the Management Accounting Sponsorship Program offers a platform for continuous intellectual exchange between academics and practice. Stay at the cutting edge of innovative ideas by visiting our 

  • presentations by our academic faculty members and our corporate partners covering current management accounting topics and
  • discussion forums for corporations, faculty members, and students covering the latest management accounting challenges.

A further goal of the Management Accounting Sponsorship Program is to act as an

  • intermediate between our Management Accounting students and our corporate partners.

Specifically in this matter, we focus on 

  • helping to recruit our outstanding students for internship and master thesis positions
  • raising awareness to interesting job offers in the field of Management Accounting.

Last but not least, the Management Accounting Sponsorship Program offers Management Accounting students the opportunity to stay in touch with a familiar seminar of their alma mater throughout their professional lives.
